Rules & Regulations

The following are the terms and conditions of the agreement under which rooms/packages/tours/safaris can be used by guests:

Prepayment – As per rule, prepayment should be deposited into our bank account/upi or cash. The whole amount has to be deposited in advance (only then we are able to give you final confirmation). After the transaction, please inform us by e‑mail/WhatsApp and send a copy so we can confirm your booking with a confirmation message/email.
Cancellation of bookings (from check‑in date)
- – Up to 14 days: 100 % fee
- – 15‑20 days: 60 % fee
- – 21‑30 days: 35 % fee
- – Above 30 days: 30 % fee
Services – All services available will be given (as per our mid‑budget range
Government Tax – As applicable.
Jurisdiction – All matters are subject to Jaisalmer jurisdiction only.
Conditions – All conditions will be applicable as mentioned in our confirmation.
Accidental/Natural Calamities – No responsibility will be taken for any accidental or natural calamities that might occur during staying and travelling.
Proof of Identity – All guests (both foreign & Indian) are required to provide the hotel with a valid ID (address included) and a valid phone/mobile number and/or any other documents as per government regulations.
Payment – Cash or bank deposit/upi. Cards and cheques are not accepted.
Children – Children up to 5 years are free of charge; children above this age will be charged as per extra bed or extra charge.
Extra Bed/Extra person – Will be charged.
Check‑in / Check‑out in hotel – Check‑in time is 11:00 am, check‑out time is 9:00 am (one night/day stay). Early check‑in or late check‑out must be requested in advance and are subject to availability; Early check in late check out is chargeable.
Extra Manager Room for group – not available; please ask for it.
Desert Resort – Check‑in time is 3:30 pm, check‑out time is 9:00 am (one night/day stay).
Desert Resorts/camps – please ask what includes and excludes, like we offer Jeep safari, camel safari, welcome, Rajasthani cultural dance music programme, tea snacks in evening, buffet dinner, buffet breakfast and any drinks; if not included or mentioned then charged extra in the package/booking.
Compulsory Packages – To stay at our hotels or desert resorts, either a package of Jeep camel safari, dance show, and dinner in desert resort is compulsory. It is not allowed to have any of the above packages booked with other than our hotel if you are staying with us.
Accommodation Issues – In case of any problem with accommodation in our hotel/camps we will arrange a similar one for the same price, as per our agreement with annex hotels/camps.
Client Behaviour – In case of any problem caused by a client (any inappropriate or illegal behaviour), we reserve the right to exclude such a client from accommodation immediately.
Prices – All prices mentioned in the tariff are exclusive of government taxes and service charges.
Tariff Alteration – The management reserves the right to alter the tariff without prior notice.
Transport – Transport to desert resort from Jaisalmer city will be extra if it is not included in the package.
Drinks – Any kind of drinks are not included.
Entry Tickets – All entry tickets to monuments, camera charges, parking, or any other similar charges are not included in the above package.
Booking Confirmation – All bookings are confirmed only when the customer or travel agency follows or agrees with our rules and regulations, so please read them carefully.
Stags – Stags are not allowed.
Alcohol & Smoking – Consumption of alcohol and smoking is not allowed in rooms, tents, lobby, reception area; please ask for a designated area if needed.
Please check the prices of rooms/safari/packages/tours/food or any other programme booked with us once as you booked; we are not responsible for other market prices. We work on our own cost, time, value for consultancy and margin will not cancel the booking without cancellation charges as per rule.
We are not responsible for any theft/loss of your valuable items; please keep your valuables with yourself and in your custody. We are giving you a place or rooms, so please take care of all valuables yourself.
If, knowingly or unknowingly, any guest breaks or damages the property or any items, the guest has to pay for all losses incurred.
Camps are budget-mid and luxury depends on which one you booked; accordingly, service will be given.

In a case of any problem caused by a client (any kind of inappropriate or illegal behaviour) we reserve the right to exclude such a client from accommodation immediately.
All the prices mentioned in the tariff are exclusive of Goverment taxes and service charges.
The management reserves the right to alter the tariff without any prior notice.
Any kind of drinks,snacks,food are not included in rooms booking, please ask for meal plan and its charges.
All of our booking is only confirmed only when customer follows or agree with our rules and regulation so please read it carefully.
If there is any change or cancellation In Group or individual advance booking hotel management reserve the right to alter in accomodation there prices and property or cancel that specific booking or whole booking which is made by guest or travel company.(specially for peak period)with the charges without any prior notice.
Stags are not allowed .
Consumption of alcohol and smoking is not allowed in rooms tents lobby reception area please ask for particular area.
Please check the prices of rooms / safari / packages / tours / food or any other programme booked with us once as you booked we are not responsbile for other market prices we work on our own cost,time value for consultancy and margin will not cancel the booking without cancellation charges as per rule.
Our hotel / annex hotels,our camp/annnex camps and most of the programme are mid budget range so please be informed about that accordingly we will serve you.
If by knowingly or unknowingly any guest broke or damage the property or any items guest have to pay all loss.
We are not responsible for any theft/loss of your valuable, please keep your valuable with your self and your custody we are giving you a place or rooms so please take care of all valuable by your self.

Cancellation Policy:

30 days or more prior to arrival: 30% of total agreed amount
15-29 days prior to arrival: 50% of total agreed amount
14 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of total agreed amount
